This four-bedroom period home in Camberwell was reinvigorated when Hanson Building added a second storey and undertook an extensive renovation.

The front two rooms were retained and their period details restored. The remainder of the house was demolished and replaced with light-filled living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, new bathrooms and a cleverly concealed study under the staircase.

A large deck was constructed to extend the ground-floor living area, and upstairs, a large patio was incorporated into the floor plan.

Restored period details, second storey extension, new living areas, new bathrooms and kitchen with custom cabinetry, hand-crafted stairs, polished hardwood floors.
